The draw for Euro 2012 groups will be held on 2nd December 2012 in Kiev after the play-off matches, which will select the last four finalists.
Poland and Ukraine as hosts are in the first Pot . This means that in theory that they will not draw the strongest teams. When the teams promoted from play-offs be the ones with the highest rates, the temporary distribution of pots before the draw would be as follows:
Pot 1: Poland, Ukraine, Spain, The Netherlands
Pot 2: Germany, Italy, England, Russia
Pot 3: Croatia , Greece, Sweden, Denmark
Pot 4: Portugal, France, Ireland, Czech Republic
