Group stage qualification has ended today. We know 12 finalists and eight teams who will play in play-offs for only four places left.

Teams that qualified to Euro 2012:

• Ukraine - co-host

Teams that qualified before last games:

• Germany  - first place in group A
• Spain  - first place in group I
• Italy   - first place in group C
• Netherlands  - first place in group E
• England  - first place in group G

Today from first place in groups qualified:

• Greece - group F
• Russia - group B
• Denmark - group H
• France - group D

Best runner-up is Sweden that beat Netherlands in a last game:

• Sweden - best runner-up

The nine pool winners, plus the runners-up with the best record against the sides placed first, third, fourth and fifth in their pool qualified directly, with the other second-placed teams entering the play-offs.
